Overview
The Casino Resorts World Andorra project proposes a multi-programmatic building for a mix of uses.
A large parking area at the basement will be connected to the public parking area. Combined with the facilities of the Escaldes Center, a large network of parking lots provides sufficient space to meet the needs of mayor public events. A wariety of restaurants and event rooms will welcome the visitors while referencing the grate entertainment halls of the past. Established by two main entrences towards both main roads, the building will thrive through its public and urban character.
The casino spaces are distributed throughout the main floor, providing various distribution options for specific game related rooms and further restaurants. Unique and exclusive game experiences in privacy can will be facilitated on the first floor slightly separated from the lover levels. A medical center and clinic fills the following two floors, while the 8th floo is spared for the SPA area. On the upper levels of the building, luxurious homes with exceptional views top up the building. In the fast changing 21th century this multi facetted building combining public and private spaces and possibilities, responds to the requirement of a modern and contemporary city.

Cocobolo Centre becomes a new landmark in the skyline of the flourishing City of Panama.
Inspired by the Panamas rich and unique natural environment, namely the Cocobolos and Banyan Trees, the building merges technological innovation with organic sustainable design. Centered on the Panama Market, the building opens into three towers accommodating residential areas, offices, an elevated rooftop garden and the market itself. Large patios of light like luminous wells, elucidate the building, forge visual connections and a sense of transparency for its inhabitants.
Firmly rooted with the marked on the ground, the top of the towers open into a rooftop garden enriching the spirit of the building with the best views of the city.
