Overview

The proposal seeks to bring and connect the city with the sea. In this way, the entire seafront is connected longitudinally, building a promenade; and transversally the city is connected to the sea. The proposed structure allows each new area to adapt and respond to its context: with green areas, rest areas, spaces for restaurants, children’s play areas, etc. Thus, the section of the Promenade changes according to the zone where we are. The Port area emerges from this development, as well as the new International Passenger Terminal.
