Overview

The house is located in the town of Mollet. Starting inspired by and reusing former walls of the building, the kitchen turned to be a starting point of the project. Zigzag lines, slightly varying spaces, changes of leves create the continuation of the topography surrounding the house.
Its horizontal construction extends, delicately gatheres the surrounding landscapes in its shape, while opening spaces with spectacular views from the inside of the house. The reconstruction of the existing walls between the pines, further fragmented by connecting the old building to the olive tree yard on the lower property, suddenly turned the house suddenly into a domestic natural observatory. Outstanding windows, such as in the library of the house, complement the deed to support the intimate relation between nature and this new building.
