The project proposes an internal passage, as a street, that makes space permeable and becomes an open centre.
We want this passage to organise the entire interior space, and to help understand the centre as an open space for everyone. The path of this passage is made visible and
distributes the different center spaces. This passageway is designed so that it does not have the hallway conditions, but rather with nonlinear spaces, with  contractions and dilations, so that all kinds of activity can be done and is an internal-external space of rest and relationship. It is the place where the general public is served, where the talks are made, the most public activities, where it
is eaten at noon or where a break or break from daily work is done. It is designed in such a way as to be a friendly and informal space, with comfortable furniture and a public space, and with point gardens that provide green. The interior spaces will be connected and related to this street-passage, as directly as possible.
The spaces have the maximum relationship with the outside, to avoid the sense of interior and enclosed.
We propose home-made and very kind working spaces. Friendly, normal household spaces, such as a living room or a reading room or personal work.
