Overview

While maintaining the original shape of the 5 star Hotel, we propose to develop a new piece of landscape that emphasizes on the uniqueness topography while offering the luxurious services a Hotel should provide.
The terraced garden, with its clearly defined geometry, allows the villas to naturally incorporate into the sloping topography and form part of it.

The 16th century Villa d’Este in Tivoli acts as conceptual reference to the garden that we are creating – a garden that, through its sound and colors, celebrates the freedom of nature.
In this way we propose this picturesque promenade that invites to experience the precious values and uniqueness of the place.
The terraced garden, with its clearly defined geometry, allows the villas to naturally incorporate into the sloping topography and form part of it. Their volumes are fully camouflaging to the created landscape, excluding only the villas that are located next to the road. These, reflecting the already existing villas on the other side of the road, are designed with an additional level that pops out from the rest of the garden and create an image corresponding to the existing villas.

In addition, these villas are also the ones that can be directly accessed through the road that leads to them. Regarding the rest of the apartments – a common underground parking is planned under the hotel terrace.
