We propose a unique and iconic project capable of showing the future of residential developments. Respectful of the context, the project slopes gently towards the Prague skyline. Transitioning, as it rises, into a thriving metropolitan landmark at the junction of Olsanska and Jana Zelivskeho, it will add value and help shape the
future of Zizkov.
In essence, the vertical garden that builds the proposal, articulates the various skyscrapers and becomes a meeting point for the city and the park.
